Reading Goals T3
By the end of term 3: I will be able to read unknown words using the story i've been reading by using the information surrounding the word to help figure it out.
(UPDATE): In 2 weeks I will know most of my vocabulary using the sentence around the word help me figure it out.

T2 Writing Goals
My Goal is learning how to use different sentence starters to make my writing more interesting.
This way I can make my writing more interesting so people will keep on readying my writing because if its boring people will not want to read it and do something different.
My evidence, I now know that if I don't use sentence starters people won't want to read it and it will be boring, next time my goal is to use different sentence starters in my story's. Now these are what you could use nouns, verbs, adjectives and adverbs.
This way I can make my writing more interesting so people will keep on readying my writing because if its boring people will not want to read it and do something different.

Hei Tiki
Last Friday our class went to the tea house by the government gardens, we learnt about the history of a Hei Tiki at the tea house we were introduced by George and Wheae Rebecca, we used felts,cotton,buttons scissors,needles and a template to make a Tiki. We were in a group of five. We got our tables and got our stuff we needed and cut out a piece of felt using a template. Next we got some buttons to sow on our cotton to make the eyes, I could do it easy some people found it hard so I tried to show them but it didn't work. So that was our time so we said good by and caught our bus so we are going to carry on at school...

The Ascension.
Whats the different's between the Ascension and Resurrection?
Jesus arose again at his Resurrection and was human again people could touch him and talk to him, when he was Resurrected people were confused they saw him die, so they touched him and talked to him then they believed he was real. During the Resurrection he told the disciples to tell everyone else.
During the Ascension everyone was sad just to see him leave and he said "I will always be with you" they were praying just cause it was a horrible time for them they thought they would be happy with Jesus back but no. In the afternoon while he was changing back into a God he was rising into heaven.

School camp 2018
I think the parents, staff, bus drivers and the chiefs did the best job to help us have fun have good food and keep us safe for four days.
I saw cool views from the sky tower, amazing animals at the zoo, awesome planes at motat, tremendous trails and views on Rangitoto Island.
I wonder how many native birds and animals there were on Rangitoto Island because it is pest free and not many people go there. I wonder if the bear/booby traps or guns and other stuff like that still there from the war.

Math Goals.
By the end of term 1 I will know my fractions. I will keep learning them.
UPDATE: I still need to keep learning my fractions (I will try khan academy more on fractions)
UPDATE: I have just found out my maths goal with evidence... This is my evidence this is an example, Jade and Josh went to the movies they got a box of popcorn Jade eats 1/8 of the popcorn and Josh eats 1/4 of the popcorn who had the most? Josh because the higher the number the lower the amount.

By the end of week 5 term 3 I will learn how to compute my fractions like this 3/10 of 24 =. So by the end of week 5 term 3 I will know how to compute my fractions.
